Good for our Environment

A number of studies have shown that synthetic biofuels can significantly reduce environmental pollution caused by road traffic.

For example, greenhouse gas emissions, which primarily responsible for climate change, can be reduced by 85 – 90% by using SunDiesel^® instead of fossil diesel.

The Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) especially prepared for the Beta Plant at Freiberg demonstrates that overall almost 90% of CO₂ can be avoided when biomass is supplied, treated, stored/transported and converted into SunDiesel^® and used in vehicles – without any further deterioration in other areas of the environment.
